terms of service

1. using party havoc! & accounts

party havoc! provides browser-based multiplayer party and strategy games for personal, non-commercial entertainment. you may play as a guest or link an optional free account via email + password or google sign-in. you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and must be at least 13 years old (or have parent/guardian permission) to create an account or make purchases.

2. virtual coins, cosmetics & progression

players can earn virtual coins, xp, levels, medals, and cosmetic items (such as party banners, marker name colors, card backs, ships, discs, marbles, and chess sets) through free gameplay or as bonus coin drops included with havoc+ passes.

virtual items have no real-world monetary value: coins and cosmetics are licensed to you solely for use inside party havoc!. they are non-transferable, cannot be sold or traded outside the service, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or fiat currency.

3. havoc+ passes, pricing & automatic renewal

optional havoc+ passes unlock expansion content packs when hosting a room, faster xp/coin progression multipliers, exclusive weekly shop rotations, and instant bonus coins:

• 1-week pass ($2.00 usd one-time): grants 7 days of havoc+ access plus +250 bonus coins. does not auto-renew.
• monthly pass ($4.00 usd / month): grants havoc+ access plus +600 bonus coins each monthly billing period. automatically renews each month at the listed price (plus applicable local taxes) until canceled.
• yearly pass ($32.00 usd / year): grants 12 months of havoc+ access plus +2,500 bonus coins per annual billing cycle. automatically renews each year at the listed price (plus applicable local taxes) until canceled.

applicable sales tax, vat, or gst may be calculated and collected at checkout by stripe based on your location.

4. self-serve cancellation & refund policy

cancel anytime in 1 click: if you have an active monthly or yearly subscription, you can cancel at any time inside party vault → havoc+ → manage / cancel (stripe customer billing portal). after canceling, you keep full havoc+ benefits through the end of your current paid billing period, and you will not be charged again.

refunds: because havoc+ perks and bonus coins unlock immediately upon purchase, digital passes and subscription charges are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by applicable consumer protection law or in the case of unauthorized charges, duplicate billing, or technical fulfillment issues. if anything ever goes wrong with a charge, email support@partyhavoc.com with your account email and receipt and we will make it right promptly.

5. player conduct & room content

several games let players type nicknames, clues, jokes, or draw sketches inside private 4-letter rooms. you agree not to submit illegal content, hate speech, harassment, threats, or malicious scripts, and not to disrupt servers, scrape data, exploit bugs, or automate requests. room hosts can remove disruptive players at any time, and we may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

6. disclaimers & limitation of liability

party havoc! is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability. to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of party havoc! shall not exceed the greater of $20.00 usd or the total amount you paid for havoc+ during the 12 months preceding the claim.
