- one wheel for the whole room, numbered 1 to 13. each round it spins once to set the target, then everyone secretly picks HIGHER, LOWER, FREE SPIN, or BANK.
- right on higher or lower: the spun number goes into your pot and becomes the next target. wrong: you bust and lose your round pot.
- each player gets one FREE SPIN ticket per round — play it before a spin for a guaranteed safe hit that adds the spun number straight into your pot.
- run out of time without picking and your pot banks itself: never a bust for a slow phone, and banked or busted players sit out until next round.
- each number comes up once per round, so the odds keep shifting as the wheel empties. the round ends when everyone is banked or busted, or the wheel runs out. the whole wheel is 91 points.
